Growing up in a fatherless home, Bishop Brian Gallardo was surrounded by addiction, poverty, and oppression. He faced feelings of obscurity, abandonment, rejection, insecurity, and found out later that his father committed suicide. But through this tragedy, a man of God was birthed. Overcoming bondage, addiction, depression, and oppression has given him an anointing for emotional healing and deliverance concerning these subjects. Having beaten the odds, his life has served as a great testimony that God can take a mess and turn it into a miracle, which he offers through his books HELP I’m Not Supposed To Be Here, Breaking Generational Curses, and the book that he and Pastor Jillian wrote together; How To Relationship. Bishop Gallardo graduated from Bible college before moving to Omaha, Nebraska in 1999. There, he served as a pastoral assistant under Pastor James K. Hart at Eagles Nest Worship Center for ten years. While there, he met the love of his life, Pastor Jillian Gallardo.

Pastor Jillian is a third-generation ordained minister. She carries a very special and unique anointing that brings joy into every environment she steps in. She gave her heart to Jesus as a child and has had a tender heart for Him all her life. She has lived her life as a worshipper which opened the door to lead worship at her church for the first time at the age of 13. Her gifts, and the anointing she carries, have been rich and instrumental in coaching many young women out of emotional and sexual bondage.

With the blessing and oversight of Pastor Hart, Bishop Gallardo and Pastor Jillian moved to Missouri and started Lifegate Church. Their life was enriched when their precious daughter, Olivia, was born.
